Established over 100 years ago Sheldwich Cricket Club has been at its current location since 1922. The ground is in the heart of Sheldwich, a small picturesque village near Faversham, which lies just off the main A251 that links Faversham and Ashford in Kent.

The club has two sides that play in the Cobra Insurance Invicta Cricket League on Saturdays and a Sunday team that plays in Division 3 of the Kent Village Cricket League. We also play in the mid-week Doug Wood cup and compete in the Swale District Indoor League. Our fantastic location and friendly environment make for a great experience whether you enjoy playing or watching cricket. We’re always looking for new players and supporters, so why not join Sheldwich today?

Rain stopped play

It’s been a slow start to the Sheldwich season thanks to the wettest April in 100 years. The pitch condition meant that all the planned pre season friendlies were cancelled, along with the first two weekends of league matches that were due to start on May 5.
Once the season finally gets started, check back here for regular news and updates.
